In comparison with the 1994 ISO Standard, the 2000 ISO Standard focuses further on customer satisfaction and requires the organization to continuously improve its quality system and thus formulate a more effective quality management system that stresses the responsibilities of the management.
The acquisition of the ISO certification resulted in the operation managers’ and the drivers’ enhanced work efficiency from their different perspectives, leading to the establishment of a system structure that ensures effective work involving the receipt of shipping orders, the allocation of vehicles, and operation. In addition, our employee education system allows all workers to systematically learn detailed procedures.
